The election of 2003 is finally over for Ejahns. The elections were called upon when Veda Tatatwa Te Midnit declared she would run for President against Eos Kwachi Reiv Selala back in February. Veda Tatatwa Te Midnit has won the election to become Ejah's fifth elected President. The newly elected Prime Minister is Mme Kwenhloba who also is the founder of the Leganatoyna community.

Swa University Working On Changes
Swa University, Ejah's oldest educational institution first founded in Halalela Leso, is looking at making changes to it so that it can continue to provide educational resources to Ejahns. Swa University launched a yahoo group earlier this year. It also gained another teacher and administrator where it had lost several in years past. Swa University is looking into making even more changes to help encourage Ejahns to journey into Swa University for answers to questions they may have.

ETV & ERAD Launched
2003 brought the re-launch of ETV and ERAD. While ERAD is still in the planning stages, ETV has already began launching productions onto the internet for mass viewing. ETV doesn't have any direct shows in line. ETV News, which was to be the main anchor program, has had difficulties in its production stages. ERAD, on the other hand, is running on schedule with its production. Both ETV and ERAD are apart of Swa Enterprises.

Ejah In 2004
2004 promises to be a great year for Ejah. Already Ejahns are at work on what they can be doing next year. Plans are being worked out to participate in the Christmas In April program, which a few Ejahns last year participated under the Habitat For Humanity banner. An international conference is being discussed to bring Ejahns together, but nothing concrete at this time. The Ejahn Games are working on returning next autumn while Ejah Day 2004 is in basic planning stages. Also, Gay Pride 2004 in Oklahoma City is another event Ejahns are looking forward to.

Ending 2003
Many Ejahns are happy the holiday seasons have arrived. Starting with Halloween, also known as Samhain, Ejahns spend the time with family and friends. Halloween was celebrated this year with some Ejahns going to Scare on the Square and others went trick-or-treating. Thanksgiving provided another time when Ejahns got together with their families. Some Ejahns were sick, however, during this time. As Christmas approaches, many Ejahns are out looking at lights and enjoying the festivities that so many have to offer. New Years Eve is approaching closer and many are already working on plans for the holiday.

Ejahns Form New Organization
Some in Ejah have taken the calling of problems that plague their local area and created a new organization that already has lots of great projects and plans. Visible Spectrum was formed in July 2003 by several Ejahns. Already Pride Underground, the organizations first project, is proving successful. Already printing 4 issues and working on a 5th, Pride Underground continues to provide a resource of information to the local area. Visible Spectrum is also working on several other projects such as Project Rainbow which is work to create a GLBTQA youth group for local gltbqa youth.

Soon To Have Children
Yyala Legana Fro Hala and Empress Logray Asha are both pregnant with child. Logray Asha and her lijab, Yajavi Raven, are both excited to be having a little girl. Already the Ejahn name, Eblavat Ijada, has been given to her. Her birth name (nonEjahn) will be Destiny Paris. Yyala Legana Fro Hala is pregnant as well. She already had Matuhan Ariyah back in April of this year and is already going to be having another bundle of joy. Some friends of Ejahns are or have already had children as well. Eos Kwachi Reiv Selala and Lit fa Shasholas are planning Logray Asha's baby shower. Eos Kwachi Reiv Selala is the mother to Rijan Ariyah and Lit fa Shasholas is the mother to Lahan Ariyah.

Love Has Blossomed
While the love and marriage of Lit fa Shashola's marriage may have ended as well as the marriage between Abuleya Shashola and her bajil when she left to take care of her ill sister who has cancer, this hasn't dampered the spirt of marriage in Ejah. Ae Nbfa Eos and his bajil will soon be married sometime within the next year or so. Already the announcement as brought a great deal of joy to so many Ejahns. As if that were not enough, two long time bajils united in a commitment ceremony, these bajils just happen to be the mothers of three Ejahns, Hak Ogafra, Ae Tebsa, and Kirksa Ed. Veda Tatatwa Te Midnit was also there to see the ceremony. Also the parents of Eos Kwachi Reiv Selala and Lit fa Shashola, grandparents of Rijan Ariyah and Lahan Ariyah, also announced that they will be married within the next year or so. On the down side, no word on when Logray Asha and Yajavi Raven or C'ana Tu Ya and her lijab will marry, but we're all still waiting on that proposal!
