Melody first appeared as she nursed Nate following his fall, while trying to stop an argument between Paris and Kayla.

Season 2:

She appeared again, interrupting a passionate moment between Russell and Judi, although melody didn’t realise what was happening between them. In episode 25 she appeared again, handing Russell notes on a patient.
