In 1993, while I was on my internship with Mr.Kamil Khan Mumtaz, the project for documentation of Mughal Gardens across Pakistan came up. I was offered the opportunity which I gladly accepted.
It was a project based internship that lasted one year. Supervisor for the project was my varsity Design Professor, Dr.Abdul Rehman. Dr.Ahmed Hassan Dani was the Project Director and Dr.James Wescoat. was the coordinator on behalf of Smithsonian Institute, Washington D.C.
It was a World Bank funded project.
Responsibilities:
· Documentation of Historical Buildings.
· Preparation / Regeneration of Architectural Working Drawings

· Mughal Gardens & Hammam Complex, at Wah, Attock.
· Tomb Garden of “Mahabat Khan” at Baghbanpura, Lahore.
· Mughal Garden & Baradari, at Fatehgarh, Lahore.
· Tomb Garden of Nadira Begum, at Dharampura, Lahore, &
· Hindu Temples & Fortification, at Malot, Chakwal.
