Function:
This form displays the residence cost for reservation. User can switch between local and foreign prices.

Opening Page:
This form is opened from Room Occupancy Form by clicking on the pricing button for a room of status confirmed or unconfirmed resrvation. It is opend also from the main front office interface form by selecting date cell of reserved room and click on pricing button.

Data Fields:
The form displays the following data fields:
Room Type Is the type of room for which the cost od residence is shown.
Nights Is the number of nights for the pricing calculation.
PAX Is the number of guests. This field affects the meals price.
Room Price The standard room price for the number of nights. It is computed first using the local standard price and user can switch to the foriegn room price.
Meal Price The total meals price according to the type of residence (Bed Only, Bed and Breakfast, Half Board, or Full Board) mutiplied by the PAX.
Total Room and Meals Is the sum of room price and meals price.
12% Service Is the service rate mutiplied by the total room and meals price.
Total Room and Service Is the total of room and meals price plus the service value.
Total Taxes Is the total tax value for residence price computed.
Bill Value Is the net computed value for the residence.

The form includes the following functions:
Exit to close the form.
Local/Foriegn A switch changed by clicking on if. If Local, the prices shown are of the local standard pricing of the room type. If Foriegn, the prices are for the standard foriegn price of the room type.
