Meals' Definition

Function: The function of this page is defining the prices of the three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). These standard prices are automatically assigned to residence pricing in check in accordance with the residence type. Authorized Users are able to change these standard prices. Openning Page: Selecting the function �Define Meals� in the main menu opens this page. Data Fields Data fields include three records, one for each meal. The fields in the record consists of: Sequence: is a unique identifier to the meal. The program assigns it. The user can not change it. Meal Name:The user can change the name of the meal to any language supported by windows. Meal PriceChanged by the user. The change is not applied to the former check in records, it will apply to future check inrecords s only. Updates to the current record are saved when the focus transferred to another record. Functional Buttons: The function buttons include buttons to transfer control between records (First, Last, Next, Previous).
