Applications' Users

Function Enter or update users of the system modules. Open Page This page is opened when the Application Users System is loaded with it's associated form for user authorization. Data Fields The data fields that define the application users include: User No which is generated by the system as a unique identifier for user, User Name is a short name for the user, Password is a hidden field used with the user Name for sign in to the applications assigned to him, User Type is selected from the list and used for assigning access rights to users according to their types. User Name and Password together Identify a profile for the user that defines his access rights. Functional Buttons The function buttons in this page include the following: Add: to add a new user Edit: to edit data of old user Delete: to delete an old user Update: to save the midified data after Add or Edit Cancel: to regect the modifications done in Add Or Edit functions Plus the button that move cursor to First Record, Last Record, Next Record, and Previous Record.
