The Industrial Areas
These areas are included in the policy of the state to develop industry in all governorates in the Republic and to share the private sector in forming an industrial sector to increase the rate of development . consequently the flourishing of economy .
The industrial area in Elkharga
It is 2 km from the middle town on the way to Dakhala . it is
about 160 feddans .The industrial area in Dakhala It lies south of
Mut city and it is about 70 feddan . the general organization of
planning and performing the mining and industrial projects . off the
ministry of industry finished planning the two areas in Eldakhala
and Kharga . it is aimed to establish different kinds of industries
like light , handcrafts , environmental , small and average
industries .
Heavy industry areas
It lies North East Of Elkharga on the sides of Elkharga – Assiut
Road of 1768 sqm . it is permitted to establish heavy industry . the
studies done by the specialized companies (in mining) and the
general organization of industry proved that the area is good for
manu-facturing cement .
