Inside EGW

Here is the inside story about the EGW!!!

EGW started out as a teenage organization, permitted through the State Athletic Commisioner, called TWO (Teenage Wrestling Organization) and TWA (Teenage Wrestling Alliance). Jesse Gindhart was lone owner at that time and things were running pretty much as well as could be expected.

It wasn't until the summer of 2000 when EGW came about. Jesse made a partner, who didn't like the type of wrestling TWA and TWO had  aquired, and tried to change things around. EGW was known then as Extreme Generation Wrestling, not just because they were of course EXTREME, but because thier wrestling abilities themselves were extreme.

Jesse's partner, Jeremy, in some due time finally had enough of not getting his way and burned down the training centre which held the ring, very importnat documents, and records of the shows up until that date in Febuary of 2002. Most of the wrestlers training and show gear was in the training centre when it burned down.

That brought down the spirit of Jesse Gindhart. It wasn't until he met Johnny Glitter and was helping out with World Star Wrestling when he realized that he can't give up on EGW, not while he's still living. So he just recently departed with WSW and is ready, and soon enough able, to rise EGW from it's ashes.

In the office of the EGW!!!

There are a few new faces to the EGW office scene than before. Jesse, the guy people know as Mr. EGW has given the right of EGW to Ms. Dana Randel. He will be affiliated only in EGW's training. Why he did this is very unknown, but I'm sure he will give us a reason very shortly.

There is Dana Randel, which is now, owner and the Board of Directors and makes the final dicisions. We have heard great things about her and heard she is very fair in giving people a say in what goes on. She is very smart with business and is ready to take on the EGW challenge.Welcome aboard Ms. Randel.

Lorraine Bolduc is in charge of the front office. She takes care of all the paper work of EGW and is also secretary and tresurer of the fed. She has been a strong help in the past of EGW and has shown she can handle the worst of situations. Welcome back Lorraine.

With talent scouting, training and creative story line writting, there is Charles Durning who was the writer before, but now he has more pull, and rank, with becoming talent scout and co-head trainee. He enjoys cruisers, but also likes watching the powerfull. We'll see what he pulls in. He is a very fair person when it comes to booking workers and is great with story lines, which he has shown in the past.  He'll continue to be a big asset to EGW.

Our merchandise specialist is Leighanne Randel. She is in charge of selling and promoting EGW merchandise. She also helps in designing merchadise and is in charge of the pricing. This is her first wrestling job but she can handle it.

Handling the ticket sales is Melly Latham. She has been around the business for a little while and knows what it takes to push strong for ticket sales. Knowing the right prices is one thing and selling is another, she can do both.

Franky Latham has sold programs before and will continue to do so in the new EGW. He has been around his brother and dad while they worked for many other feds so he is ready and has his hands ready for business. Franky has in mind about what people like to read, and he will take care of all of that.

Cody Randel is in charge of writing up the card after the card has been made up. This way the programs and locker room is well aware of what matches are set to go when it is supposed to. He will be a great help to the great promotion.

Good luck to all the new members and to the vets, keep up the work from where it left off and lets put EGW back where it belongs.
