Page Three Panel One: Bar, night, exterior/interior. Jack standing in the doorway to take in the bar attracts the attention of the only other people in the bar. The bar tender is a large older man with a beer gut, gray stubble, balding, and wife beater. If you need a visual aid try Aqua Teen Hunger Force Carl is a dead ringer for this guy. Hes standing behind the bar with arms crossed and looking at Jack in the least friendly way anyone can. The other occupant of the bar is an older street walker smoking and looking at Jack with her head tilted. Hes closed his jacket as so the blood doesnt show.
The inside of the bar would never pass health inspection. There are a few booths beyond the bar lining a windowless wall. Between the door and the booths are a few round tables that have scattered chairs.

BAR TENDER: What?

CAPTION: My kinda place.

Panel Two: Bar, night, interior. Standing a few feet back from the bar against one of the tables Jack tries to remain friendly even though he is noticeably tired. The hooker has turned around and is holding her drink in hand. If she wasnt so unattractive it would be a very come hither pose. The Bar tender hasnt moved an inch.

BAR TENDER: We dont serve cops.

JACK: Not a cop.

HOOKER: Looks like a cop.

JACK: All Im looking for is a drink.

BAR TENDER: We dont serve crooks.

JACK: Not a crook.

BAR TENDER: We dont serve you.

HOOKER: HA HA HA

Panel Three: Bar, night, interior. Jack is now leaning against the bar handing two hundred dollar bills to the tender. The tender for his part doesnt change his expression at all. He is looking at the hooker out of the corner of his eye though. Jack is grinning, but had his other arm ready to come off the bar in a fist.

JACK: How about him do you serve him?

BAR TENDER: I didnt realize it was you please have a seat.

JACK: One for you one for my drinks.

Panel Four: Bar, night, interior. Seated in the booth behind the hooker Jack lights a cigarette. He has one leg up on the seat looking out at the others waiting for his drinks.

JACK: Ill have whatever beer you have and a bottle of Jack.

BAR TENDER: Is that all?

JACK: For now.

Page Four Panel One: Bar, morning, interior. Face down and asleep Jack is surrounded by empty glasses, pitchers, and a empty bottle of Jack. His ash tray is full and spilling out onto the table. This a shot from the door.

Panel Two: Bar, morning, interior. Close up on the bar tender standing over Jack with a baseball bat. Jack still asleep is unaware of what is happening.

Panel Three: Bar, morning, interior. The Bar Tender swings the bat and strikes the table Jack sits up quickly. Jack looks sick and is scared by the loud noise. Louder to him because of the night he just had.

SFX: BAAAAAAM

BAR TENDER: You leave now.

JACK: ughoh yeah alright Im going.

Panel Four: Bar, morning, interior. Walking out of the bar everything around him is blurred, but still visible. The Bar Tender stands with the bat over his shoulder watching him walk out. Jack has an expression on his face like he find something funny but it hurts at the same time it makes one side of his face wince.

CAPTION: Most people would think that I look rough. Once you get to know me this is Prom Night Jack. Hung Over Jack wouldnt have been able to stand. It didnt occur to me that there was a reason I went in the bar though. This was not to be my only mistake of the day, but the biggest all week.
