| This is my current labor of love (Until I sell out and cash it in to the first bidder.) Jack I dont have a title yet so just bear with me. This is a standard 22 page comic script. If you know any artists trap them until I can come and collect them. If you have any comments post them on the guest book or email me. | ||||||||||
| Jack Eric Jackson 04.16.04 This comic takes place in the 80s. Please read the character page for character information. Page One Panel One: Docks, night, exterior. Jack is off to the side in the tall grass hes on his stomach because hes been knocked out. There is a lamp off into the distance that provides very little light, but under its lights we can see signs of a fight. There is a shot up car with bullets and glass all over the ground. The water is foamy and choppy there must have just been a storm. To one side of them is the land and the other is the water. They are standing on wooden planks. CAPTION: The events of the night before burned my mind. Not so much what happen, but what it meant. I was betrayed that isnt so bad hell its just business. Of course if I ever seen him again I hope he remembers its just business. No it means the boss also thinks we sold him out. CAPTION: If that isnt bad enough McManus is dead. So in under twenty-four hours I have lost two partners, one to death, the other to greed. I am going to be killed by my boss because well again its a business thing. On top of everything this is like the ninth time Ive been knocked out I would ask my doctor about the long term effects if I wasnt going to be killed shortly. Panel Two: Docks, night, exterior. Jack is standing on weak legs holding his head. Hes bleeding and is covered in it. He looks like hell as he will throughout the comic. The blood is only on the front of his shirt because he has a cut on his chin. One eye is open the other winces in pain because touching his head causes him pain. With the unaffected eye he looks around. JACK: ouch. CAPTION: The pain is a blinding reminder that I am alive of course being reminded of living is only an example of my mortality something that will be ending shortly. Panel Three: Docks, night, exterior. He is walking towards us which is away from the docks. His walk is unsure and slow, but he manages. Hes thinking hard like a man right before his execution. CAPTION: I wonder if the bars are still open? Page Two Panel One: Bar entrance, night, exterior. Jack is standing in the road looking up at the bars sign. All the sign says in cheep neon red letters is Ba the r is out. This as most full page shots of Jack will be from behind him. CAPTION: After a short walk on the wrong side of the tracks I found a bar. The great thing about being covered in your own blood and looking like shit is no one would ever fuck with you. The man that would do such a thing would be far scarier than I look. JACK: My kinda place. |
