
There are many types of governments in the world here are some of them.
- Autocracy-
Government in which one person has uncontrolled or unlimited authority over others; the government or power of an absolute monarch.
- Oligrarchy-
Form of government in which all power is vested in a few persons or in a dominant class or clique; government by the few.
- Unitary Government- A centralized government in which all government powers belong to a single, central agency.
- Federal Government-
A government with strong central powers.
- Division of Powers- Basic principle of federalism; the constitutional provisions by which governmental powers are divided on a geographic basis.
- Conferderation-
A group of confederates, esp. of states more or less permanently united for common purposes.
- Presidential Government-
A system of government in which the powers of the president are constitutionally separate from those of the legislature.
- Parliamentary Government -
Government by a body of cabinet ministers who are chosen from and responsible to the legislature and act as advisers to a nominal chief of state.
