Account Planners enhance consumer relationships by allowing
consumers to voice their opinions through surverys and questionnaires.
The planners then seek to understandand and interpret those into positive
advertising strategies thereby creating effective campaigns. The
account planner can better give the consumer what he or she wants in regards
to new products or product improvemets. If consumers don't participate
in surveys and questionnaires etc. then the planners have to find some
other way to identify those consumers needs and wants in order to satisfy
them.

organization to help them meet their objectives through an advertising
campaign. By assuring a positive relationship with their conusmers,
account planners in return reinforce a positive relationship with their
clients.

A positive relationship with the client can not be maintained
if not for the reliance on co-workers, especially the creatives to meet
the objectives of the client. The account planner must convey the
creative strategies to be used by the creatives after he or she has written
the creative brief. The creatives are in charge of the advertising
executions that sell the message to the consumers.
