You are my visitor since Feb 15, 2000

It is a big change to me in the last couple months since I update my homepage (Apr 26). After I moved up to the large format, I use up all my time in doing that. I just a like a kid who is eager to learn. I keep asking questions and keep doing experiments. As Peter said, I have learned a lot more than anything I learned in the last couple years. In large format, the bulky size and manual operation force me to think every little steps in every pictures. I just never goes as deep as this before. Now I can shorten the operation time of each picture to about 15 mins. I think, I'll get better with the camera.

The other big thing is my trip to the states. I went through Washington, Oregon and California; passing three national park, including the famous Yosemite. I saw and learned a lot. The trip is totally amazing. Of course I don't have time to scan all the pix and make a page for it now. I'll try. Even if I can't do it by the end, I believe all the scenes that I have seen will live with me forever. My parents are very patient when I stop down to do the time consuming photography. Thank you, Dad and Mom.

Of course, the biggest of all is that I'll go back to HK in just a few days. By that time, I'll not have a nice twin monitor computer, and I would not have any scanner or printer, so I don't know when will I update this page again. I hope this black out period will not be long. I believe I'll have more advantures in HK, but surely I'll miss everything in Vancouver.

I mainly updated the B&W pictures this time. They are just the few selections from a large number of my pictures. May be next time, I'll do the color pictures. May be, color will be the only thing I can do by that time…~,~

This page is a new version of "Ed's Photo Database", which is designed to show my photography works though internet. In the new page, all the pictures will be classified and located into different groups with thumbnails. I hope the new grouping will give a better description of the types of pictures.
