Earthian is a Shounen ai (boys love) Anime / Manga series about a pair of investigators, Kagetsuya and Chihaya, the lives of the Angels and the fate of the Earthians ...created by; Yun Kouga-sensei.
Chihaya Positive investigator. Black hair, eyes, and wings, results of sudden genetical mutation. The only black angel in Eden. Grew up in St. Michael's Orphanage. Graduated as the first of his class. Did not have many friends initially, everything seems to improve after he met Katgetsuya. Admires Katgetsuya a lot for his beauty, intelligence, confidence, etc, etc at first sight, but probably focusses mostly on Kat's white wings and blond hair.

Katgetsuya Negative investigator. Aristocratic family. An extremely outstanding angel in Eden. Many admirers. Partner of Chihaya. Idolizes Raphael's wife to the point that believes marrying any woman on Eden does not make a difference. Of course, later falls in love with Chihaya. Looks very much like Michael's sister. ...

Michael President of Eden. Adopted Chihaya. Unmarried. Still obsessed with his dead sister. Nicest person on Eden.

Raphael Vice president of Eden. Wife Gabrielle. True love Michael. Very jealous of Michael's sister. Very logical and can be cold and mean at times.

Seraphim Another really impressive angel, who died early in the story, is Seraphim. One of the five arch angels. He wasn't really much talked about in the comic, all we know is that he loved the earth and was a positive investigator. He lived on earth for quite a while and fell in love with an earthian woman. Had a daughter. Got the black cancer. He was the first angel to be diagnosed with this disease, and no one knew how to handle this or what to make of this then. So Seraphim had to escape Eden and lived on earth (A Lucifer), that was when Chihaya and Katgetsuya found him. He died shortly afterwards. But his brief existence must have made an impression on the readers, as whenever he appeared with black wings or white wings, black hair or white hair, he always looked devine, sacred, and just so beautiful, so powerful. He died on earth wanting to set foot on Eden once more, had prepared all he knew about the disease to give to his people.
