Messiah Introduced in episode 3: 'Angelic Destroyer' . Found by Chihaya in Dr. Ashiya's Lab cell, he is a Bio-Humanoid but with DNA stolen from Chihaya. He is called a Bio-Angel, and has green hair and gorgeous gold eyes and black wings, like Chihaya's. Messiah's wings turn silver when he uses his highest degree of power. He was created by Dr. Ashiya as an instrument of destruction, and can control electrical pulses by using his wings and voice. He can control computers, electronics, override phone lines, take control over nuclear vessals and advanced weaponry.
Miyagi Positive investigator. Teamed up with Aya. He is patient, but is not nearly as enthusiastic about plus checking as Chihaya. But he is a very sweet Angel.
Aya Negative Investigator with an infactuation for Kagetsuya. Teamed up with Miyagi. Aya is the most annoying angel in the series. She nags and picks on her partner. And wishes she was teamed up with Kagetsuya instead. She thinks poorly of Chihaya and suspects him of becoming a Lucifer.

Dr. Ashiya Diabolical minded Ashiya has a love for creating Bio-humanoids.
In the first episode: 'The beginning of the end' his creation Takako, ended her life with a nuclear explosion. But the loss of his most prized accomplishment Taki drove him insane. And he was convinced that killing all on Earth would properly mourn Taki's death.
