Prof. Kobori ; Special Guest Speaker  United Nations University Tokyo  ;

Prof .Kobori will be giving a short speech on the World Water Crises situation as
it exists today. Professor Kobori has a distinguished career spanning 5 decades of teaching and
research on Asia ,Africa and Japan, regarding their water problems and teaching at the University
of Meiji .Prof .Kobori is also to the rector to the Environmental and development concerns .

Mr. Wayne Lotter; : Professional Pollution Control Officer: Kruger

National Park Project Manager: Working for Water Programme. Alien Plant

Control Manager: Sappi ForestsSouth Africa. Mr. Lotter has an extensive background in Water
research and sits on 10 boards dealing with the Environment, chairman of 3 committees,
he has written 26 articles on various subjects dealing with water, alien plants, and wetlands
of
South Africa.
Mr. Lotter will be presenting a film from
South Africa and giving a short speech with the assistance
of an interpreter.

Mr. Kin Taii of Tokyo, : is a well known creative artist who has an extensive background in the
art of acoustic music, ‘spatial’ video and light exhibitions, paintings and film producing.
Mr. Kin Tai has been in the
Tokyo art scene since 1989.
He has recorded 6 CD’s. His music exhibits ‘natural ambient ‘ genre.
Mr. Kin Tai integrates nature and civilization into all of his music and art.

Ms. Robyn Tomlin : Film maker Ms. Tomlin produces, directs & is involved with all aspects
of creating her own Video Art. She has served
in Japanas a producer,

video journalist, Camera woman and magazine writer. Ms. Tomlin has won several awards in her
home country of
Canada and has presented works at the Canadian Embassy in 2000.
She brings a short beautiful film to our event, that will be
shown at break time.  

Ms. Kureha Shinjo : Stage Dancer  Improvisational Solo Dancer . Ms . Shinjo hasbeen
dancing for over 20 years in such  countries as
Canada, Italy, France.Poland and
in International Art Shows in many areas of
Japan.

Ms . Shinjo will bring the stage to the audience ! The lighting and costume for Ms. Shinjo
is by Ms. Michiko Fujioka of ‘Sorairoya,
Japan. Camera work by Mr. Eric Busque of Quebec,
Canada.



Noguchi Tazuko –Short Story Teller Born in Morioka city, Iwate prefecture in Japan.
After graduated from Kunitachi
Ongaku University and finished the Opera institute in the same
university, she went to
Italy to continue her study.

While studying opera in Italy, she was interested in story telling of Italian old poem.
After returned to
Japan, she has been story telling the story of Kenji Miyazawa, who was from
the same city and high school with her.
