Orient Cambridge Enterprises (OCE/AQ21) is a Canadian /Asian based international
business with over 17 years of experience in
Japan and 8 in China. Owner Dave Simpson established
OCE in
Yukon Territory in northern Canada in 1983. In late 1984, OCE commenced operations in
Japan
in UshikuCity, Ibaraki prefecture and in Whitehorse, the first Yukon business to establish a
presence in
Japan. As a tour coordinator, OCE has hosted fishing, adventure and business trips to
Canada
for corporate executives from Japan and China. . Mr. Simpson currently has a number of other
business interests ranging from acting as coordinator & sales in Asia, for a variety of goods and as

a 15 year international program using the Arts as a communication tool to explain about the
world water crisis &importanceof fresh water.

Anne Zhu / Chinese / Nanjing China
AQ21 Manager Nanjing China

Anne has worked with OCE as translator, guide, business liaison, for over 12 years.
She was an independent business woman long before it became hip, in
China.
Anne speaks English and Chinese and lives and works in
Nanjing. 
Anne also has her own business in Nanjing, assisting foreign companies in
their efforts to adapt in
Nanjing.  


Lucy Han Goulan
 AQ21 / Manager Beijing China

 Lucy lives in Beijing where she has her own business as Artist overseas guide
and translator. She has worked with AQ21 since 2001 as our translator, guide and
Art and film coordinator . She is now our  Manager for
Beijing operations.


Lili Jalapadan  - AQ21 Managers -    John Dipasupil   / Baguio Philippines 

Lilibeth has been in the hospitality business for over 8 years now . She is our partner and manager  in Bagiou City, along with John . She also teaches Yoga, and other healing classes. Lili is from the south of Philippines and now resides full time in Baguio City. Along with all of this ,she also has her own business selling advertising which helps us tremendously  !   John is also an AQ21 partner and works with Lili on AQ21 Eco Tours as the head guide.  

Ed Smarch is a Native of Yukon Canada and a wood carving artist .His dream
was to come to
Japan and finally in April of 2006 , he and three other Native persons ,
came to
Japan for two weeks . It was the first time for an all Native group to come
to Asia and was sponsored by Ed. ( see Eco Tours) Ed is also a partner as with his two
brothers in the first Cultural camps in Yukon along with Dave Simpson. With Ed*s
great BBQ@cooking and with the assistance of his family , we will make the camp a place
for visitors@to come and stay, learn ,film and feel at home.

Aquarius 21 Water Quest FAQ

Q:  What is the reason for these Events?

A:@To raise awareness of world water problems and to and to record e Water Arts e.

Q:@What is the life of the program?

A: 15 years, starting in 2001 and completed in 2015.

Q: What is the objective for each year?

A: To participate in at least one major event each year such as the 3rd World Water
Forum , or to hold an event with or without partners to visit up to 4countries each year
with local NGOfs and record their music, dance andsong.

Q: Why are the Arts considered a valuable way of communicating the importance of?
water and problems of water?

A : All forms of communication expression should be used to communicate the

Importance of water especially the oldest and most tried and proven such as

Dance, song and music.

Q: Why are we making money from CD recordings?

A: The funds, collected from the sale of CD recordings of song, dance and music,
play
@an important role of paying off overhead costs, Artists costs and paying for the

future events and travel costs.

Q: Who can enter your Event ?

A: Any Artist from anywhere whofs Art reflects water contemplation, education and non-violent action.
Q: Who sponsors you?

  A: To date we are not sponsored by anyone. Sponsorships are welcome.

To date (2004) all who participate, pay their own way.
