Workshops
First ecco workshop on "Exporting externalities - Does
moving Polluting Industries to Developing Countries Solve or Create
Environmental Problems?". Central paper is a World Bank memo where
Larry Summers, former World Bank economist and current president of
Harvard University proposes to export pollution to developing countries.
