Very Briefly

This website has been created to showcase a practitioner's overview on training and education in Singapore. I have had the good fortune of working both in the private and the government sector. Likewise I have worked with SIA and DHL which are in the forefront of good HRD practices and organizations that are unfocused and misaligned in their strategy towards achieving the business objectives.

I hold a diploma in Training and Development, a degree in Education and Training and a masters degree in Instructional design and technology.
