I was born in the heart of Europe namely in Switzerland in the eastern mountain region, near to the border of Austria and Italy.

After finishing High School I decided to go into College to start an apprenticeship as a chef; during this time I worked in a gourmet restaurant in the Swiss mountains. My excellent teacher taught me all the secrets of French cuisine. After the successful completion of my three years apprenticeship, I worked several years as Sous-Chef and Executive Chef all over Switzerland from the sunny Italy part to the bright city lights of Zurich to learn all varieties of cooking.

In the year 2000 my husband and I decided to leave Switzerland; make our dream come true, and start all over in the United States.
