Booking FAQ

Q1: Can I exchange some of the items in the menu?

A1: Substitution of items is possible between the same price range.

For item changes, it has to be correspondingly between the two menus. (E.g., Sambal Prawn to Cereal Prawn)

A maximum of 3 items can be changed.

 

Q2: How do I decide on how many persons to order?

A2: We would advise our clients to order based on the expected headcount attending the function or buffet, including children.

 

Q3: What does 4 hours duration mean?

A3: It means that our food is at its best condition within these 4 hours.

 

Q4: Is your food Halal?

A4: Yes, we are certified Halal caterer.

 


Q5: How do I place my order?

A5: You can place your order by:
a) Phone
b) Booking online

 

Q6: How many days in advance I have to do my booking?

A6: At least 3 working days in advance

 

Q7: What are your payment terms?

A7: You can pay us in cash or issue us a cheque on delivery practice.

 

Q8: What if i decided to cancel my order?

A8: On acceptance of a quotation a non-refundable 25% deposit is payable immediately. This is deducted from the final invoice.
