Can I exchange some of the items in the menu?

Substitution of items is possible between the same price range.
For item changes, it has to be correspondingly between the two
menus. (E.g., Sambal Prawn to Cereal Prawn)
A maximum of 3 items can be changed.

How do I decide on how many persons to order?
A2:
We would advise our clients to order based on the expected headcount
attending the function or buffet, including children.
Q3:
What does 4 hours duration mean?
A3:
It means that our food is at its best condition within these 4
hours.

Is your food Halal?
A4:
Yes, we are certified Halal caterer.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order by:
a) Phone
b) Booking online

How many days in advance I have to do my booking?

At least 3 working days in advance

What are your payment terms?

You can pay us in cash or issue us a cheque on delivery practice.

What if i decided to cancel my order?
A8:
On
acceptance of a quotation a non-refundable 25% deposit is payable
immediately. This is deducted from the final invoice.
