There are two shoulder patches the Eastern Wolves wear.
1. Republika Srpska Army patch:
Type One
Or type Two
This patch should be sewn on the left shoulder or on the left sleeve just above the elbow.
2. And the Wolves from Drina River Infantry Division patch:
This patch should be sewn on the right shoulder or on the right sleeve just about the elbow. If you do not have a Republika Srpska Army patch but wish to wear this one it should be placed on the left shoulder or sleeve.
For hats and berets a Republika Srpska or Russian Federation Flash or Cockade can be worn. For berets the flash or Cockade should be worn on the left front.
