The EOGR open to all Scouters who hold the Woodbadge II in any section, from any country, who reside in or pass through the Ottawa valley area. The EOGR; has been held annually since 1962, in the form of a weekend camp and is not intended to compete with the large Provincial Reunion held at Blue Springs.
