Bank Statement and paystubs for the last 3 months
Itinerary or round trip ticket.
***No open tickets accepted. Do not purchase tickets until the visa has been approved.
Hotel Vouchers
Confirmed reservation by fax from the hotel(s).
*If you stay with friends/family. A letter of invitation (according to format provided) is required along with a copy of the host's ID ("Permit of stay" for non-European Union citizens). For non Italian citizens, the signature must be notarized in Italy
Proof of travel/health/accident insurance (minimum of medical coverage 30,000 Euro)
