Not far off the foot here is a fraction higher Frame 2 just out of pose - you are just dropping that swing
foot - keep it up a fraction longer - do this by pulling to but a bit more
say 1" more Frame 3 just about to pull and see front leg going to ground
frame 4 - Pull frame 2.5 after pose front leg almost getting to
ground Foot just leaving ground frame 5 but note nice beny knee and
relaxed ankleThis is a
lot better
Run more
drill getting that ankle up and forward so your swing leg stays horizontal
for a fraction longer
