This is a lot better than your last run you are at 2:3 but it is a good 2;3

This is touch down - nice bent knee, toe first . Slightly ahead of GCM - do not despair though you have not taken weight
Taking weight and you are under GCM bent knee

Frame 0
Knees together full  weight bear- better trailing leg position but needs to be a bit forward

Frame 1
POSE - nice alignment but trailing leg a bit behind so GCM of leg not in line with Support, GCM shoulder line - but so much better than your last run

So touch to pose is 2 frames
Falling position - nice

this is where you should initiate pull

frame 1 from pose
Now this is where you are going wrong - look your trailing leg has started to reach for the ground but you have not pulled yet

frame 2
This is where you start the pull - nice bent knee and neutral ankle so no push

Frame 3 from pose
Foot cleared from the ground but you are starting to reach for the ground with your swing leg, in this frame the trailing foot should be still up around the knee of the leg that has just come off support This is why you are landing a bit ahead because you have rushed the swing leg through.

Ignore the "Pull started" text
So in summary - a late pull still with an active reach for the ground - you are running low so you have a nice bent knee at landing - and I can see nothing that would lead to knee pain in this run - except perhaps you are taking weight slightly ahead of gcm.

The big error - is a fear of falling - you feel the fall so you reach forward with your swing leg too early

Now if you pulled in the falling position you would not feel the fall so you would not want to reach forward. So how do we do this.

Well as you do all the drills and as you run you must focus on keeping the support foot in a corridor
This is the falling position - you need to try and keep your foot in this corridor
So far not too bad
But you can see you are starting to fall behind
And now you are well out of the corridor
So your delay on stance the pull need to be more early and more intense

Focus on this corridor and go out now and do some tapping and some COS and forward COS focussing on this corridor

The only other thing is that you carry your arms a little low - the hand should never drop below the waist - Look at your Pose and then look at JonP's avatar and you will see what I mean - carrying your arms higher will shorten their swing and will allow you to pick up the cadence a bit to facilitate an earlier pull.
