Dave
This is not so good - you have relaxed more and have a lovely
bent knee throughout the cycle - but you have forgotten the pull. Frame is
2:3.5 - lets walk you through them - I chose the mid pace run 230 frames
out of 1000 in

Touchdown - yes, it is further ahead.

Frame 1 - This is where you should have touched down.

Frame 2 - You have nice alignment and you are starting to fall, okay.

Frame 3 - Nice fall lean, but you should be starting to pull here.

Frame 4 - Now look - your swing leg has started to reach for the ground and there is no sign of a pull
- the knee is as bent as the last frame

Frame 5 - Your lead foot has almost found the ground
and there is just a suspicion you
have started to pull

Frame 6 -
and
yes there is a pull but you are extending the lead leg now to reach
forward

As you have relaxed you have forgotten to pull - this is very
common and marks a new chapter - look at your knees compared to earlier
runs - you have got rid of all push and as it feels more relaxed you are
now underdoing the pull Or UNDERPULLING
Now this is what it should look like
Frame 1 is where your swing leg should be Blue - green is where it is) when you pull

This frame is touch down again and green is where your leg is bleu is where it should be

Look how much further ahead your foot is than your shin.

This frame is where you should be next frame, ie Pose and you can see the swing leg and foot is further forward.
Try to think of the pose whenever you run and get that ankle
going forward closer to your bum
Try it soon
