Actions
No character may have more than 9 actions on their CAD. At any time a character may combine two of their actions into one box (combinations must make sense.....no Baking/Close Combat combos). The new action takes the lowest AN of the two. A character may drop an action from their CAD at any time if they wish.
A character can raise the AN of an action by spending 10 Experience Lines on it. They may then also add a specialty if appropriate. A player may put lines into adding a new Option or Advantage to an existing Action instead of increasing the AN. It takes 10 Lines per increased Cost Level of the Option or Advantage.
A character may add a new action (but not a new power) by spending one Experience Line on that action. He may then write it on his CAD with an AN of 1.
