Astral Travel

You leave your body behind, and travel the world in spirit form.  While traveling your body is in a coma-like trance, and is completely defenseless.  Your spirit may fly, and is invisible except as pure life force.  For each Panel in spirit form you must either spend 1 stone to maintain your connection to your body, or spend stones to move.  Failing to do so starts to damage your body at a rate of 1 white per hour, until you hit 1 red stone and fall into a coma.  If your body dies, you die, unless your GM thinks it would be cool to make you a disembodied spirit.

While in spirit form you may use, and are still affected by, purely magical and psionic actions.  Your spirit form is immune from, and cannot use, purely physical actions.
