Eventhough Dudley's musical interests & influences have been wide & varied it all starts & somewhat ends with a devotion to Brian Wilson, a genius who unbelievably is now once again receiving his due after the final release of one of his masterpieces SMILE!. I say "one of" because Brian has achieved numerous "masterpieces" from the PET SOUNDS album,"Good Vibrations", "California Girls" to lesser known works like "Breakaway", "Little Girl I Once Knew", "This Song Wants to Sleep w/ You Tonight", "Rio Grande", "Til I Die", "Love & Mercy" or "It's Not Easy Being Me" to his advances in production & recording technique at a very young age.
I could devote this entire web site to
Mr Wilson but that's been done manytimes, so I'll concentrate on some of the lesser discussed artists who have effected me and I'd like to share with other like minded music freaks. |

Some of these performer's names might be somewhat familiar but many equally unique and talented ones, have somehow alluded many a musical enthusiast. It's true many of them might share my enthusiasm for Brian's Music, it might not be apparent on the surface, but we have all been effected by his touch. |
