The Welsh Society of Ras Tafari was began by Eldro Naphtali in 2005. Eldro wanted to express enlightenment to others, and thought that this could be done by simply telling others of certain concepts over the internet. To express his Welsh heritage and Ras Tafari faith, but now, Eldro is beginning to wonder if this is really the way, to focus on the symbols and concepts of Ras Tafari (and other concepts) rather than the Spirit that infuses all phenomena with life.
