OK, so how long has this album supposed to have come out by now? I was wondering if anyone got the joke...
Democracy is not coming to China anytime soon...people are being killed, Chinese citizens as well as Tibetans, by the Chinese government. If you practice Falun Gong (a martial art related to Tai Chi) in public in China, you can be imprisoned, tortured, and if you refuse to sign a statement renouncing Buddhism and Falun Gong, you will be executed. Female prisoners are gang-raped and then forced to clean up the cell, or have their genital organs violently mutilated until they bleed to death...
Chinese Democracy is not coming any time soon.....
although it would be nice. Music has gotten very stale today. Bravo to Mr Rose, for refusing to give in to the music industry and for "Losing his illusions", because music is just vibrations in the air, to try to record it and sell that recording, which is the same every time you listen to it, sounds kinda boring, and to make money from that static recording is kinda fucked up, so I think its great that Axl frustrates the public by not releasing a record.
All the same, if it came out, I'd buy it...
