Diagram 3 What is clear in this diagram is that each extreme is a compromise between any two extremes that define the opposing axis. This is especially true of the corners. We can make the following statements concerning the compromises in Diagram 3: Change is a compromise between Life and Death. Immortality is a compromise between Life and Death. Death is a compromise between Change and Immortality Life is a compromise between Change and Immortality The Soul is a compromise between Time and the World God is a compromise between Time and the World Time is a compromise between the Soul and God The World is a compromise between the Soul and God We can say with less certainty the following: Change is a compromise between the Soul and the World Immortality is a compromise between Time and God Life is a compromise between God and the World Death is a compromise between Time and the Soul We can say with even less certainty the following: Immortality is a compromise between the Soul and the World Change is a compromise between Time and God Death is a compromise between God and the World Life is a compromise between Time and the Soul These last four demonstrate what must be accomplished to find Judgment or the Objective World, as a compromise between Soul-God and World-Time. If each of those four are true in the same instance, we know that we havent abandoned the axes in finding a solution, meaning that we havent changed our definition of Judgment (A relationship of Time to God in the context of the Effective-Meaning of Subjective-Perception). These four aspects of the Judgment union form two analogies, which are equivalent to axes that we havent yet described: Immortality-Change : God-Time :: Immortality-Change : Soul-World Life-Death : God-World :: Life-Death : Soul-Time NEXT |
