The Captain....is a harsh lover.....

I really don't think that "ouch" begins to describe what I'm feeling right now, but since the part of my brain that holds the vocabulary isn't functional right now, that's the only description you're going to get.

Last night was fabulously entertaining. K was in top form and adorable to boot. She was singing hits like "Suddenly Seymoure" and doing amazing stunts like dancing to everyone's favorite "The Chicken Dance" It was a riot.

As if that weren't enough, we called Th on the phone and let him observe this craziness as it happened through the beauty and wonder of AT&T =) Then, oh joy and rapture were surely mine....I called G! I had this feeling that G and K might hit it off, and lo and behold they stayed up on the phone until 7:00 in the morning!

Needless to say I was pleased, and she's still at my house. She got no sleep, so couldn't go into work today. I'm just jealous I guess.

Happy news, dT called this afternoon. I was wondering if he had just decided to dissapear off the face of the earth. Goodness knows I have it coming to me. He was (this is no surprise) busy, so he's going to call me back sometime.

Surprisingly, this doesn't bother me in the least. If I had the audacity to complain about someone else being too busy, I'm quite sure karma would be more than happy to show me numerous ways that my way too busy life affects the other people in my life.

I need to relax. Lots. Soon. Not a vacation, either, because those are always exciting and fun, not relaxing.

I'm telling you, there's not much I wouldn't give for a relaxing evening with a cup of tea and either good company or a good book.

Yep. This is probably the shortest entry to date, but you know what...I'm just not feelin tha flow....
