Waylon Stepp is the President and CEO of Dr. Trigger Enterprises, inc. He has had successful careers in law enforcement, public management, and education. Waylon holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Administration, a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management, an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice, and numerous diplomas and certificates in law enforcement, management, and education. Dr. Stepp is a Certified Grants Specialist�, a course/designation sponsored by the National Grant Writer�s Association and Troy State University Dothan. He has over 15 years of experience in the Grantseeking field. Dr. Stepp is certified by Brainbench in Training Development, Training Delivery & Evaluation, Project Management ,Project Management (2005), ERP Concepts, and Change Management.
