Just about any photograph related to medicine can be submitted for display along with a brief description, which can include you and your colleagues at work, impact of your work on society, patients plight, dilemma at work, a new discovery, your work environment, premises you work in, etc.

The file will be examined for its content and suitability for the web site. No acknowledgement will be sent after the receipt and you will not be informed, if the photograph has been rejected. No reason will consequently be given for its rejection. If the photograph is chosen for display, an email will be sent to you with its link.

The displayed photograph will remain on the gallery for an undetermined time. Due to limited space available and if there are a large number of aspirants for display, the photograph may have to be removed to make way for fresh photographs. In that case the discretion will be with the web site for its removal and the submitting party will not be informed. The photograph, however will remain in possession of the web site for display again, when and if thought necessary.

A thumbnail of the photograph will be displayed on the main page. The detailed description along with the caption will be displayed on clicking the photograph. The dimensions of the thumbnail and the enlarged view will be decided by the web master, which may have to be changed from time to time. Their may be a need to edit the description submitted with the photograph, the permission of which, will be presumed to have been granted, upon submission.
