Fred Hill, who currently is the associate head coach and in all probability will be the next head coach at Rutgers, will have of turning things around. However, we still think the smart move would be to hire Danny Hurley from Newark (St. Benedict's) NJ, who is ranked #4 on our list of the top high school coaches in the nation. Not only is Hurley perfectly positioned to get both Thomas and Harvey, but he also has all the right ties necessary to get all of the top players in the North Jersey to stay home for years to come. The only problem is that Hurley doesn't appear to be interested in the job and, as a result, the word on the street is that Hill will retain current Rutgers assistant coach Jim Carr and hire DePaul assistant coach Gary DeCesare and Drexel assistant coach Tony Chiles.
