Greg Washington is a 6' 11", 185lbs senior, power forward, he attended Winchendon Prep School after previously playing at nearby Central Islip High School on Long Island. He was ranked among the top 300 recruits in the nation by Hoop Scoop, and was selected to represent Suffolk in the Fourth Annual Coaches vs. Cancer All-Star game last summer. "Greg is tremendously athletic for a 6-10 kid," said Pecora. "We feel the sky's the limit as to how much he can develop in his four years here. He has the potential to become a truly outstanding big man during his time at Hofstra."
