Downpour Of Delusions is a mix of Nor-Cal death metal intertwined with an industrial sound and foreign music influences. This metal act is solitarily driven by Zech "Scarecrow" Stoker, former rhythm guitarist of Life Ache and Infringed.
When this project began, it was meant to be a "horror-core" project, but as time went on, the sound of DOD shifted and became what it is today.
The lyrics wrote for DOD are nothing but sober rage spawned by Scarecrow's disgust of the world around him. These lyrics are pure from the heart that most people can relate to in some way, shape, or form. Scarecrow says his music is exactly what life is; a downpour of delusions.
In this project, Scarecrow plays rhythm and lead guitar, drums, bass, vocals, samples, and chord organ. Still looking for other members, Scarecrow hopes to be doing shows soon and joining the scene that he works with in a variety of ways on a daily basis. |
