Downpour Of Delusions is horror-core industrial born and bred in the valley of California and is looking to unleash its full-on metal assault onto to music scene of northern California and beyond soon as possible. DOD is still in search of a new drummer as well as a bass player. Those who are interested are free to come up with their own riffs for the songs already put together. Scarecrow won't make anyone play the same exact riffs he already created. As long as it sounds good and fits the song, it doesn't matter. 6/25/04 - As this band project has been at a stand-still for the past 3 months, I apologize for the lack of all the DOD shit. No, I have not given up Downpour Of Delusions, but I have backed off it until I get a legit drummer at the very least. My writings have however continued, and you can view them on the "Twisted Thoughts" forum at www.TwistedMusic.net. I also run a massive street team through Twisted Music that does promotions for ALL shows in the Stanislaus County region. 3/29/04 - Damn, it's been a month and a half since the last news update. Sorry folks, I've been lagging with everything lately. I can't for the life of me remember when I said I'd be releasing "Decimation" but at any rate, we are experiencing some delays with that one. I recently had to quit my Strokanoff project in order to give DOD my full attention. Plus I was just getting way too stressed out over that project and all the hell I caught for proceeding with it like I was. Anyhow though, I began writing new material for DOD as of this morning when I got outta bed, and it's coming along great! Back to the horror-core metal that I originally intended to write.

2/12/04 - The new demo EP has now been released. You can get a free copy of it from me via postal mail. Just e-mail me with your mailing address, and I'll get one sent to ya, ASAP. Also, I'll be carrying copies of it while I'm at local shows, so don't hesitate to ask for one if you see me at a gig. I'll be appearing at the Diferential show at 24 Hour Guitar in Ceres on Friday the 13th, and I'll be there again on the 27th for the Trickle Chasm/Inner Plag/Vengince/Counterbore show.

2/06/04 - ATTENTION ALL NOR-CAL MUSICIANS/FANS: Bill from 24 Hour Guitar in Ceres, CA needs your help tracking down a thief. Here is Bill's statement.
I hate to do this but Yesterday a young man came into the store with his gig bag and while Tom and I were busy he lifted a $1,400.00 G&L Guitar and put it in his bag and split. This kid comes to the store every few days, and I am sure someone on this board knows the guy who did it. This kid has been coming to our friday night shows on a regular basis. As a result we are putting in a security system and we are considering discountinuing our weekly shows. If you all can help flush this SOB to the surface we wont press charges, I just want my Guitar back! We want this place to be special for the local music scene this shit f....cks it up for everyone. Please help!
