| My Expenses... |
| I get some financial aid from State and City social services, but it doesn't cover everything, so I need a hand with additional expenses for a while. I'm down to one can of cat food (at 2/89 cents) and I will need to refill a prescription soon and I don't have the cash to cover my copay (and that's only $2.50 per prescription!) Even my counselling sessions are costing me a co-pay of $2.00 each, and I just don't have it. |

| What I get (in social services): |
| Food stamps: Sufficient. I can eat on this amount |
| General Assistance: The City of Bangor pays this amount towards my rent I still have to find $93.00 per month. |
| General Assistance: Once a month I get a voucher good at the local grocery store for household goods ... toilet paper, light bulbs, trash bags ... it doesn't go far. |

| Electric bill: (Bangor Hydro) I still have a back balance of over $100.00. |

| Gas for my vehicle. Transportation to doctor appointments, counselling, physical therapy, etc. |

| Laundry expenses. Just detergent and quarters for the machines. |

| Additional household items and toiletries, OTC medications: Just the bare minimum. |
|
| Cat expenses: dry food, litter, occasional treats. |
|
| My ISP. I keep in touch with my family with web chat ... four times a week. Its a necessity! |

| I am on 4 medications for depression and blood pressure. My co-pay is $2.50 per prescription. I need cash for the co-pays |
|
| My counselling session, group therapy and case management sessions each cost me $2.00 co-pay. They won't "cut me off", but I can't afford to be spending money I don't have! |

| Phone bill. (Verizon). I still have a back balance of about $20.00. and they want $34 a month. |
