I had always wanted a Corgi but it had to have a tail. That was when I discovered the Cardigan in all its glory. Purchasing King as a pet in 1969 was the best investment I ever made.
That all knowing dog (he spent three months before my eldest child was born sleeping under the basinette) was to become my entry into the world of dogs and Cardis in particular.
After the birth of my second child I just had to 'get a life' and decided I wanted to breed a Cardi with the temperament and personality of King as he was getting on in years.
