During
my studies in Ålesund I've been in a project group where we have
done one big project each semester 2. year. Here you can read
more about them, and some others I've done individually.

Autum 2000: Room and lecture planner for Ålesund College We got a task making a database system for room and lecture planning at Ålesund College. Our goal was to give a survey which room that was in use to what, for whom, who had the lecture and so on. We used Modellator 4.0 to perform the database modell, and Microsoft Access as the database tool. The project was quite a challenge, especially the modelling part. But it worked out, finally. (It always does!)
Spring 2001: Web-based map for the Norwegian harbour company, 3 district This is our graduating main task, and we're finally finished today, 23 of May 01. Great day! We have made a web-based GIS for the Norwegian harbour department, 3 district. We used GeoMedia from Intergraph as GIS-application, and the process learning to use this program, collecting data from different places in the region and put this all together has been a big part of the project. The result is a a GIS on the internet, where everyone can connect and get different sorts of information about each harbour. You can have a closer look at it here, just keep in mind that the server is sometimes down, and that the project might be taken away from the Internet after a while due to distribution rights for some of the data we have used.
Spring 2001: Terrain Modelling Task, Gemini Terreng This is an individual task, where I have created a new road and a few houses in a rural area. I have made the following presentations of the region:
Spring 2001: Terrain model presentation, 3D Studio This is a costumised model of the one in the previous task, taken into 3D Studio and upgraded with colours and graphics.
