| Keystone Stars is a state sponsered program works with DPW certified programs, family providers, school aged programs, Head Start, school districts and accrediting bodies. The standards of the centers are judged and awarded 1-4 stars based on the level of quality that the center pocesses. The child care centers can then work with the state to improve their star rating and achieve the maximum level of quality. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
