Chew sugar free gum to keep the mouth moist use artificial saliva sprays and pastels. Always clean the teeth after sugary foods Have regular Dental checks. TAKE EXTRA CARE OF YOUR EYES, regular check ups are essential. protect the eyes from air conditioning ,wind and sun. use eye drops reguarly.Be very careful about your choice of makeup. TAKE CARE OF YOU. Avoid medications that dry out the system. Drink lots of water. take a bottle with you where ever you go. join a support group. Pace yourself, get plenty of rest.But you also need regular and gentle exercise.
