For owners who do not want traditional pet insurance or cannot afford it, there are even programs that offer discounts on veterinary services, boarding, pet sitting, and even pet supplies. Either way, pet insurance or an alternative is a wise choice for anyone with one, two, or eight furry friends in their homes. Most pet insurance companies offer discounts off the plan premiums if multiple pets are insured! Pet insurance is designed to protect the companions that you love most by giving your pet the opportunity to receive the medical care it needs at a low cost to you.
