Welcome To Orwell Dartry FC
Dartry FC is a football club based in the leafy suburbs of South Dublin. The club was formed in 2004 as an offshoot of the highly successful Doddervale youth team and entered in the world-renowned United Churches League.
The clubs ethos is based on a policy of attacking football and team spirit. Dartry aims to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play both on and off the pitch.
The club plays its matches in the cauldron-like Bushy Park arena in Terenure. Visiting teams are said to dread the partisan atmosphere created by the chants of the fanatical, scarf-waving tifosi in "The Park".
Dartry is active in the development of youth and boasts an up-and-coming youth team that is sure to provide numerous stars of the future.
