BACKGROUND :
In Pakistan Christian community is facing lot of problems regarding social discrimination. Majority of our community belongs to poor and middle class families. Most of the areas of Christian communities don’t even have basic living facilities like no pure water available, no proper sanitation system; don't have good jobs just because of the lack of education. Most of the Christian are sanitarians, janitors in the houses, offices, schools, colleges and in the municipalities. They don't have enough income to fulfill their daily needs than how can they afford education expenses of their children.

Development of Christian Community (DOCC) is the non-profit organization in Pakistan who is working with a dream to provide religious as well as general education to under-privileged Christian communities living in the deprived areas of the different cities & villages. DOCC started its community training work in 2004.

VISION :
DOCC's vision is to provide the religious and general educational facilities to all the Christian communities in Pakistan so they can improve their living standards.

MISSION :
DOCC's mission is to work for the promotion of under-privileged people in Christian communities of Pakistan through education so they can get the better place in the society or they have equal rights as other communities. They should have better living standard and respect in the society.
