A DnD campaign in the Forgotten Realms

Or maybe not. Oh well, if you want to join, i need some information.
1. All the normal stuff for a level 1 character (ability scores, weapons, spells known, ect)
YOU MUST FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS
Ability Scores: You have the following numbers to use. Put each in one of the stats.
18,17,17,16,15,14 <------USE THESE
As for items, you can have anything in the players handbook or Forgotten Realms Handbook. Other items must be cleared by me! I will be receptive to all of your ideas. Another note: Eveey character has 200gp to work with. I know that for a wizard, that is WAY over what the player's handbook says. Deal with it. It does not all have to be spent because you can save it for later.
Simple enough
After that, I would prefer that you include a breif history of your character. Where they are from and such. Please don't make Driss't your uncle or anything...thats just annoying. Same goes for elminster or Storm Silverhand or any of those epic NPC's. Other than that I will try to be flexible. If you want to have some UBER powerful magic item to start with, you WILL have to give something up, like ability scores or somthing. Please don't take a powerful item. I will give you plenty as the game goes on.
Another note, a good backround that gives me ideas for quests or an easy to workwith character MAY result in a small one-time XP gain, up to 1000 if its great. This does not mean write a novel.This site is not my full time job. On another note, easy to work with does NOT mean "My guy has amnesia and doesnt know anything about himself" I hate those. If you want to play somebody who has no memory, feel free, but i still need a history for you.
