Morals with Stories By Matthew Sidey One week ago this day, a farmer had a dog. The dog was a good dog. The dog loved his master very much. But, the dog stunk. And the farmer wanted to wash the dog. One day the farmer took the dog and threw him in the river. This would have posed no problem, except the dog was made of lead. The dog tried to swim and swim. But, it failed. The dog died. The farmer was so upset that he cried. Eventually he stopped. He went home, and ate some food. But, he had some lead from the dog on his hand... and he died of lead poisoning. Moral: Abird in the hand is better than a kick in the face. next |
